Or be alone on holidays, after the loss of a job, enduring a hospital stay, during or following a divorce, or at any other time of personal crisis. Which of your friends does this apply to - all of them! This is the Holiday Season, the time of the year to remind ourselves that friendships are crucial all year - in all parts of our lives - personal and professional.

We should all keep in mind that:

"NONE OF US WOULD BE HERE TODAY IF WE HAD NOT BEEN RESCUED BY THE FAITH SOMEONE, OR SOME OTHERS, SAW IN US AND SALVAGED."

Many people conveniently forget this fact. They begin to believe they achieved success alone and look down on those employees, neighbors, or even friends that don't fare as well as they have. Sure it can sometimes be a pain to put up with others when they are in a bad mood, sick, afraid, or just acting a little wacko.
But remember:

"IF YOU WANT THE RAINBOW, YOU'VE GOT TO PUT UP WITH THE RAIN."

Get over it yourself guys! Life doesn't work that way. Take a hint from the female gender and stick with your friend until they think it is over.
