We are going to end up somewhere, so why not let it be that special place that we dream about. Goal setting may be an overused and somewhat dull term, so call it what you want to, but be sure YOU call it! Remember, INACTION IS AN ACTION! As a person close to me recently said, "I’ve always been interested in too many things and not enough in any one thing. Most great people, it seems to me, are pretty much great at one thing.....Now I feel like I’ve passed the point where I have options with it. I don’t know, we’ll see." From heartfelt conversations, I’m convinced many people feel as he does.

When I took "Abnormal Psychology" in college, I developed every mental illness, neurosis, or defense mechanism we studied. It was what I was thinking intensely about and I let it become me at that time. I made a good grade in the course, but almost became an emotional cripple before it was over.
