You are over the initial planning and well into the action phase of the year. Pressures are building up and it seems like a lot of people feel like they can do your job better than you. You empathize with the mosquito for just doing his job and you realize that:

Sure, a talented executive knows how to delegate effectively. But be careful. It is easy to slip over the line from responsible delegation to simply “passing the buck.” There are many tasks that only you have the information and background to perform.
